Job Description
Planet Interactive is seeking a remote Analyst, Lifecycle Marketing to join one of our medical device clients.
As the Analyst, Lifecycle Marketing, you will play a key role in supporting our lifecycle marketing team by analyzing customer data, developing insights, and providing actionable recommendations to optimize customer journeys across all lifecycle stages. You’ll partner closely with lifecycle marketing colleagues and other stakeholders to evaluate campaign performance, measure key metrics, and uncover opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and conversion for both B2C and B2B audiences.
Pay: $50-$60/hr+ depending on experience
Location: Fully remote (qualified candidates must be US Citizens working within the United States)
Analyst, Lifecycle Marketing Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret data across lifecycle marketing campaigns to measure performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with lifecycle marketing team members to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure data alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Design and deliver dashboards, reports, and presentations that provide regular updates on lifecycle metrics and campaign effectiveness.
Conduct in-depth customer segmentation and behavioral analysis to uncover insights that inform targeting and personalization strategies.
Partner with data and technical teams to ensure data quality, accuracy, and accessibility across lifecycle marketing platforms.
Monitor customer engagement, conversion rates, and retention metrics across channels, identifying areas for optimization and growth.
Support A/B testing and multivariate testing initiatives, analyzing results to drive continuous improvement in lifecycle strategies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for lifecycle marketing data needs, fielding requests from colleagues and providing timely, relevant insights.
Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices in lifecycle marketing analytics to help evolve our analytics capabilities.
Analyst, Lifecycle Marketing Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in a data analysis role, ideally within marketing or customer lifecycle management.
Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, or Power BI) and familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms.
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience with customer segmentation and understanding of key marketing metrics (e.g., engagement, conversion, retention).
Solid understanding of A/B testing, statistical analysis, and performance measurement.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders at all levels.
Strong collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to working with cross-functional teams.
