Bilingual Project Manager
Location: Cambridge, MA
Pay Rate: Up to 45/hr DOE
Project Manager Responsibilities:
• Manage implementation of a complex work plan—track information and tasks for self and other team members, adjusting work plan as necessary; assigns tasks, monitors timeline, and troubleshoots issues to ensure project momentum.
• Support team member meetings, including tasks such as agenda setting, attending meetings, disseminating notes (including noting follow up tasks and ensuring they are added to the work plan) Support participant engagement utilizing online learning management tools (such as Canvas) throughout the program.
• Work with project manager for Monitoring, Learning, and Evaluation to manage program evaluation efforts, including designing evaluation tools, conducting data collection and synthesis for key insights, preparing reports.
• Manage translation process of program materials and, depending on candidate’s Spanish fluency, translate key program materials between English and Spanish.
• Assist as needed if/where team members require additional support with tasks related to the projects.
Project Manager Qualifications:
• Full working proficiency in Spanish, strongly preferred.
•3-5 years professional experience in project management.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, adapt, and perform within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Self-motivated and a strong team player.
• Strong analytic skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to attend Tuesday evening sessions (6:30 – 9:30pm EST) from March 4 through May 14, 2024 (a small number of conflicts could potentially be accommodated).
• Interest in early childhood a plus, but not required.
