Planet Interactive's Fortune 500 financial services client is seeking a CRM Operations Manager with 3+ years of experience in data driven marketing for a 12-month contract.
CRM Operations ManagerResponsibilities:
Build relationships and influence cross-functionally with CRM Marketing Managers, legal and compliance, analytics and creative to meet ambitious growth CRM targets.
Responsible for deploying communications to users via owned, digital channels across platform
Clarify, capture, and optimize requirements to build ad-hoc and automated communications for email, push and in-app. Create a systematic process for identifying risks and dependencies.
Develop and Optimize a QA framework that will alleviate any ambiguity while holding stakeholders accountable
Manage ticket creation (in Jira) and process for developers, audience creation and delivery, legal approvals, and Launch QA
Manage all requirements for disclosures with Legal/Compliance (if applicable) and manage guidelines for all
Understand how to create links and QA link destinations to ensure quality standards are met.
Communicate and coordinate status updates, launch confirmations, ETAs, blockers, and campaign results to key stakeholders with recommendations for growth and scale.
Contribute to personalization strategy to ensure CRM requirements are briefed in and executed to ensure we are sending the most relevant comms to our customers
Deeply understand our North America consumers and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
CRM Operations Manager Qualifications:
3+ years experience in the marketing field specializing in CRM or data-driven marketing, preferably at a design firm, ad agency, or in-house marketing communications or creative services department.
Proven track record of managing processes from key stakeholders that drive performance and achieve KPIs
Capable of thinking out-of-the-box and developing new ways of working
Extremely organized so that tracking to end goals is second nature
Quality control is a priority and how you manage to it can be documented and followed by all stakeholders
You’re strategic and analytical in your thinking and a strong communicator with your team and cross-functional teams
You work effectively with product, creative, development, legal and other cross-functional teams.
You are a self-starter and can work independently
You manage expectations by building positive relationships with colleagues and business partners.
You work well within tight deadlines and are flexible as necessary.
Education:
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in commerce, marketing or similar field is preferred
