Channel Marketing Associate
Our client's Reality Labs B2B Commercial Sales team is recruiting for an experienced Channel Marketing Associate to support marketing programs across our B2B book of business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building and delivering channel marketing campaigns and programs to drive pipeline and revenue results. And, of course, someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and jump right in! They are looking for someone who is passionate about guiding their partners on their journey across the B2B product portfolio.
The core responsibility of the Channel Marketing Associate will be to support delivery of marketing campaigns and/or programs that drive leads and conversion of B2B customers, either direct or through partners such as Resellers, Global System Integrators, Technology partners and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). Marketing programs include but are not limited to co-marketing campaigns, MDF programs, enablement events, launch moments, tradeshows and customer events. Previous experience working in SaaS or hardware B2B companies is preferred. This role will report to B2B Channel Marketing Manager in North America.
Pay Rate: Up to $70/hr depending on experience
Client Solutions Manager Job Responsibilities:
Build, support, and measure marketing programs/campaigns, driving strong impact and results across the sales funnel for the B2B Commercial Sales team.
Navigate many logistical and operational elements of channel marketing including lead upload management through Partner Portal, MDF process, proposals, and claims.
Ensure programs, campaigns, and leads are appropriately tagged via SFDC and Partner Program guidelines are being followed.
Develop regular status updates for all co-marketing partner campaigns and programs.
Communicate impact, challenges, roadblocks and insights regularly and concisely.
Effectively collaborate with 3rd party vendors and agencies to develop marketing assets, collateral and customized content.
Be an advocate for Partners with cross-functional colleagues.
Client Solutions Manager Qualifications:
4+ years experience marketing enterprise hardware and/or software through channel partners (resellers, distributors, independent software vendors, and global system integrators) and/or via direct sales teams is preferred.
Experience developing, executing, and measuring Channel/Partner marketing and go-to-market campaigns and programs.
Track record of implementing marketing metrics and analyzing results against brand and sales goals to inform strategy and decision making.
Demonstrable experience in project management, partner marketing and/or digital marketing.
Project and/or program management experience, including multitasking to lead and execute multiple projects in parallel with operational rigor.
B.A. or B.S. required.
