Client Solutions Manager
Pay Rate: Up to $62 an hour/ DOE Location: 100% Remote (West Coast Only) Duration: 1 Year
Our large well-known Technology company has a need for a Client Solutions Manager! This 1 year, 40 hour a week contract is open to someone who is a 100% Remote and based on the West Coast. The ideal Client Solutions Manager has a background in the tech space and has experience managing high visibility partnerships and can understand the privacy space.
There will be formal training and onboarding for this role, but the client really wants a Client Solutions Manager who is comfortable in managing complex partnerships.
Client Solutions Manager Responsibilities:
Review the client and partner list that has upcoming regulatory requirements.
Schedule and set up calls with the partner list to discuss compliance changes.
Participate in stand-up meetings by sharing progress reports, challenges, and wins.
Review new questions from the partners and work internally with SMEs to gather those answers, deliver documentation, and share with other compliance members.
Deliver key recaps and updates to stakeholders on the update of the program.
Work on an individual basis to manage the strategy, direction, coordination, and execution of the compliance program for a specific business area and strategic partner list.
Work with 3rd parties in supporting them and provide education around integrity and privacy requirements.
Own 1:1 communications with key partners and external parties. Also, make key presentations when needed.
Understand where gaps are present, determine the solutions, and then lead implementation of the best solutions.
Work cross-functionally with legal, product, policy, engineering, data science, and dev ops.
Coordinate and manage deadline deliverables and making sure schedules are coordinated.
Client Solutions Manager Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
5+ years' experience.
Experience working within the tech space would be ideal.
Proficient with Google Suite and Excel.
Experience working with Asana or other project management tools.
