Job Description
Location: Remote Pay: $25/hr Duration: 5 months
Planet Interactive is looking for a Community Coordinator to work with our technology client. This is a 5-month remote contract opportunity.
Community Coordinator Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Responsible for the coordination, review and day-to-day operations of user-generated assets
Review and coordinate all user creative submissions and coordinate with cross functional tams to address
Review and escalate items, and monitor pipeline to identify and resolve issues
Engage with the community regarding upcoming events and moderate community engagement
Assist with onboarding new community members, including reviewing content
Responsible for the coordination, review and day-to-day operations of user-generated assets
Community Coordinator Qualifications:
3+ years community management and project coordination experience, ideally in a content team or creative platform
Proven experience with moderating content and managing escalations
Experience managing multiple projects at once
Experience engaging with communities, forums and fostering collaboration amongst users
Familiar with user generated content, Intellectual property, online monetization strategies and brand partnerships
Proficient working with CMS programs, Zendesk, Stripe, Google Suite and Slack
