Planet Interactive is looking for a Community Manager for one of our technology clients. This is a remote, 2-year contract role. Ideal candidate has community management and online moderation experience at a technology company.
Community Manager Responsibilities:
Day-to-day management and monitoring of company’s online communities and forum
Reply to customers to assist with their support and escalate issues as necessary.
Share feedback and insights with team stakeholders
Monitor community responses for quality assurance
Escalate and bring customers feedback and needs to product owners
Community Manager Requirements:
2+ years community management and customer experience working with online communities and forums ideally at a technology company
Passionate about customer experience and finding ways to solve customer issues and needs
Creative thinker with the ability to take insights from customers and create new strategies and concepts to meet the needs of the community
