Content Producer
Location: Hybrid in Culver City OR Cupertino Duration: 6 months; potential to extend Pay: Up to $94.20/hour; DOE Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision and more
Planet Interactive is looking for a Content Producer to join our well known Fortune 500 client on a 6 month contract. This role will work 40 hours per week and is hybrid in Culver City or Cupertino.
Content Producer Responsibilities:
Review scopes, evaluate specifications, accuracy, open and manage PO's, and help guide internal teams on partners.
Manage cross-functional partnerships to see projects through delivery.
Update project trackers, reviews, and produce updates on timelines.
Schedule meetings, establish agendas and goals, record meeting notes and identify action items for directly responsible individuals.
Coordinate key personnel from various teams to ensure alignment and accountability.
Monitor team resourcing sheet and contribute to ensuring assignments and project schedules are up to date.
Collaborate with Production leads and operations to track projects against scopes, ensure estimates, POs, SOWs, and other paperwork is gathered and processed in a timely manner.
Communicate directly with external production partners to coordinate milestones and reviews, organize deliverables for review, and ensure timely responses and feedback.
Work closely with design leads to keep project files organized and up to date.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are being delivered against asks while creating an environment that allows for innovation.
Work with production leadership to optimize workflows and accurately track projects.
Handle day-to-day critical issues and troubleshooting of production challenges.
Bring a proactive and self motivated approach to the team environment. Provide ideas on workflows and processes.
Content Producer Qualifications:
4-6 years experience as a producer or creative project manager in an advertising agency or creative/production studio.
Experience producing photography, art and/or video, product design, for multiple mediums and platforms is preferred.
Strong understanding of production houses with the ability to evaluate and their strengths and weaknesses, and support the selection of the best creative agencies for integrated productions.
Excellent note-taking and task management skills, and be able to track creative milestones and goals in a timely, organized manner.
