Planet Interactive's Global hospitality client has a HOT need for a REMOTE Creative Experiential Production Coordinator with 6+ years experiential production coordination, project management, program management, event creative coordination, experiential travel coordination.
Responsibilities:
Manage project timelines, budgets, milestones, and action items; track progress and maintain comprehensive documentation (briefs, schedules, resource plans).
Support and coordinate meetings, ensuring agendas, notes, and milestones are up to date.
Facilitate communication across teams, leadership, and external vendors.
Oversee contracts, vendor performance, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Provide regular updates and proactively address blockers.
Stay current on entertainment and travel industry trends; contribute innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes and stay competitive.
Develop presentations to showcase new supply opportunities and research.
Promote a respectful and inclusive environment.
Support vendor training and onboarding, ensuring smooth integration with internal systems and processes.
Assist vendors with ongoing training and data management in Salesforce.
Attend at least three experiences monthly to assess and improve supply quality.
Ensure leads meet quality standards and align with project goals.
Conduct outreach and sourcing for potential experience hosts when needed.
Qualifications:
6+ years in project, event, or experiential production and coordination.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in creative, event, or hospitality-related fields.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects from start to finish, with attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and handle shifting priorities.
Capable of generating innovative ideas for entertainment and travel experiences.
Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to clearly present complex ideas.
Proficient in project management tools and quick to learn new technologies.
