Creative Project Manager Location: Remote Duration: 6 months Pay: up to $41/hr, DOE
Planet Interactive's well-known hospitality client is looking for a Creative Project Manager. The role will be 40 hours a week and is fully remote.
The Creative Project Manager will join the Company's Scaled Ops team, a specialized team that encompasses a broad spectrum of creative disciplines, including design, copywriting, photography, and video, dedicated to maintaining and promoting the visual identity of the brand. The team's primary objective is to forge meaningful connections between the brand and its rapidly expanding community.
The Creative Project Manager will work collaboratively to manage and scale copy for Experience product pages. This person is responsible for both driving and tracking copy through writing lifecycle, and also ensuring copy meets brand required QC guidelines. This role needs a candidate who is adept at guiding projects to completion efficiently and effectively, while focusing on copywriting components, updating trackers & managing communication between vendors & stakeholders. They may also support the trafficking and management of additional merchandising assets including photo and video.
Creative Project Manager Responsibilities
Manage the seamless flow of product page copy from development to delivery in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Coordinate internal resources and vendors to ensure project milestones are met
Track and route multiple media work streams simultaneously, leveraging Salesforce and Airtable
Support Lead Copy Editor by providing updates from vendors, delivery milestones and updating trackers
Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while maintaining precision and attention to detail
Supervise large-volume, scaled content workflow using content management systems
Creative Project Manager Qualifications
3-5 years of experience planning, organizing, and executing projects across multiple work streams and stakeholders
Exceptional organizational skills, with experience developing copy operations and complex operational workflows
Strong project management skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment under constant deadlines
Solution-focused with excellent prioritization, multitasking, and time management skills
Proficient in Google Suite applications. Experience with Salesforce and Airtable a plus.
Positive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality and creating welcoming experiences for a global audience
Copyediting and/or proofreading abilities is a plus
