Customer Market Planning Analyst
Location: Columbus, Ohio Schedule: Remote, Hybrid or Onsite Duration: ~4 Months Pay Rate: Up to $47/hour depending on experience
Our client, an established and well-loved Retailer, is looking for a Customer Market Planning Analyst on a 4 month contract with possibility to extend. This role will be 40 hours a week and the location is flexible. This role could also extend potentially for the right fit.
This CRM Analyst is responsible for supporting omni-channel campaign execution including direct mail, email, SMS, app and corresponding offer creation. It will support the Campaign Orchestration team by assisting with campaign segmentation and offer creation to ensure an omni-channel customer experience.
Assist in implementing campaigns and offers, including the support of direct mail, SMS, app, and email programs, using campaign execution tools and offer platforms and related process improvement.
Update accurate offer-related documentation correlating with channel support, ensuring accuracy prior to distribution to cross-functional partners.
Assist in troubleshooting efforts for campaign or offer-related issues.
Adhere to internal and external vendor SLAs ensuring deliverables are provided in a timely manner & campaigns go out on time.
Contribute to the analysis and optimization of team processes, using data-driven insights to improve workflows and efficiency.
Support team members’ work by providing a QA review of deliverables when needed.
Responsible for weekly count validation for campaign populations.
Responsible for testing and validating offer functionality prior to the start of a campaign redemption window.
Contribute to seasonal and campaign hindsight analysis, helping to identify findings for future segmentation and testing, and supporting innovation in execution processes and tools.
Customer Market Planning Analyst Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/associate degree in Finance, IT, Business, Economics, Marketing, Math, related disciplines or equivalent work experience.
Previous experience working in a data warehouse environment preferred.
Some SQL experience required.
Familiarity with campaign tools such as ADOBE, UNICA and/or CRM tools like Salesforce, Oracle CRM.
Customer Data Platform (CDP) or Campaign Management tool experience preferred.
Understanding of/Eye for Process Improvement & Project Management along with task prioritization.
Experience in a fast environment – such as marketing, analytics or finance.
Analytical thinker with ability to identify and proactively solve problems.
