Pay: Up to $50/hour
Location: Lowell, MA
Duration: 6 month contract

Our client is seeking a freelance Demand Generation Manager to join their team for a long-term 40 hour/week freelance assignment with a possibility for extension and conversion to full-time!

This is a hybrid position based in Lowell, MA. Up to 3 days onsite. Working hours are 8 - 5 or 9 - 6 EST. 

The Demand Generation Manager will create a fully integrated marketing plan that targets customers and prospects in all phases of their buying cycle and is responsible for all aspects of lead generation including webinars, email communications, direct mail, and ABX (account-based experience).

Demand Generation Manager Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand program plan & budget.
  • Leverage tools to accurately measure and report on effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and accurately forecast the marketing programs budget.
  • Help to build and execute an account-based experience plan.
  • Utilize repeatable processes for program development and follow-up; provide effective and timely communications with business development reps and sales teams as appropriate.
  • Build a positive, cooperative relationship with the Portfolio Marketing, Field Marketing, Operations, Creative, and Web organizations.
  • Leverage partnerships and relationships across the company and with external vendors to maximize program budget and ROI.


Demand Generation Manager Qualifications:
  • 5 - 8 years of B2B software lead generation experience preferred
  • BA/BS degree is required
  • Proven experience with lead/demand generation
  • Excellent written communication skills an absolute must
  • Proven track record of establishing and achieving measurable goals in a highly automated marketing environment
  • Must have strong metrics orientation
  • Strong understanding of positioning principles and methodology
  • Operates with integrity without compromise
  • Outstanding attention to detail; must be highly organized
  • Strong leadership, influence and interpersonal skills required


Preferred Demand Generation Manager Qualifications:
  • MBA degree is a plus
  • Experience using systems such as Salesforce and Eloqua a plus
