Schedule: Hybrid (Onsite 3 Days)
Pay: Up to $88.40/hour DOE

Planet Interactive 
is looking for a Digital Program Manager (Marketing Technology) to join our well known Fortune 500 client on a 12-month contract. This role will work 40 hours per week and will require this person to be onsite 3 days a week in their Culver City or Cupertino, CA office.

This role will support a team that defines the future direction of the marketing tools and technology and is a mix of program and project management.

Digital Program Manager Responsibilities: 
  • Manage daily project timelines, deadlines, program lifecycles, and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Work with both internal and external requesters for needs such as landing pages, branded design projects, and web projects.
  • Mitigate risks and flag project/ program issues to internal stakeholders.
  • Prioritize projects and manage both short (agile) and longer-term programs.
  • Create project roadmaps that deal with design workflows and development workflows.
  • Gather requirements and distill the key functionality needed.
  • Drive subscriptions, promote the business with creative tools, and save resources internally by finding unique solutions through technology.
  • Handle the daily management of the marketing tools roadmap with the external agency and key internal stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams including marketing, software engineering, design, and production support.
  • Develop product briefs and hold weekly meetings to update on progress/ hold teams accountable.
  • Oversee budgets and tool performance.
  • Manage requests for web landing pages and creative assets.
  • Work with teams to deliver work on schedule and to the requirements set.
  • Support setup, link testing, messaging, and reporting for new affiliates.
  • Understand internal resourcing/ capabilities/ limitations and help determine associated risks and costs of new projects.
  • Embed into the internal teams as a go-to resource as well as for external partners.
  • Help setup the tracking and integration of APIs.
  • Create documentation for the tools that are overseen and implemented.
Digital Program Manager Qualifications:
  • BA degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of professional experience in project/ campaign management, product marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Experience working within Agile and waterfall environments.
  • Understanding of Sketch, Photoshop, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Cloud to help lead projects and deliver accurate timelines.
  • Understanding of HTML and CSS and how it is used. Any coding experience is above and beyond!
  • Understanding of Apple, Android, and Chrome ecosystems.
  • Understanding of digital image and video file formats.
