Location: REMOTE Pay Rate: $62.45/hour (DOE) Duration: 9 Months with possible extension
Planet Interactive's FinTech client is looked for a Growth Marketing Strategist to join the Marketing team. This role is a fully REMOTE 9 month contract-to-hire assignment starting in April 2025!
This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves diving into creative performance data, optimizing marketing assets, and driving measurable impact in a growth marketing environment.
The ideal Growth Marketing Strategist is highly detail-oriented, data-driven, and familiar with key marketing KPIs, including CPA. You will collaborate closely with our in-house creative team and channel teams to ensure creative assets are delivered on time and optimized for performance
Growth Marketing Strategist Responsibilities:
Own brief writing, creative reviews, and handoffs for iterative creative.
Analyze creative performance data using Google Sheets pivot tables and extract key insights to present to the Creative Strategy Team Lead.
Partner with other Creative Strategists to prioritize high-impact creative testing across channels.
Work with project managers to ensure timely execution of creative assets.
Growth Marketing Strategist Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in creative strategy, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
Solid understanding of paid marketing creative best practices.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify data-driven insights.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent project management skills with sharp attention to detail and organization.
Flexible mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Direct and clear communication style.
Bonus Points:
Experience managing paid media channels.
Background in B2B marketing, especially SaaS.
