Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator
Location: Fully remote Duration: 12 months Pay: up to $35.62/hour, DOE
Planet Interactive is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator to join our well known technology client on a 12 month contract. This role will be 40 hours per week and is 100% remote.
As a Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator on the Email & Lifecycle Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in executing email, in-app, and push campaigns with the purpose of engaging the customer base and driving revenue for the business.
This individual will need to have a strategic mindset and thrive working in a deadline driven environment with a natural ability to flex and pivot based on dependencies and deliverables. The right candidate will understand marketing and sales processes, have working knowledge of lifecycle email and mobile push notification marketing, marketing automation, A/B testing, reporting, and able to take on a dedicated project management approach towards these initiatives.
This individual will also be responsible for maintaining the Email & Lifecycle Marketing team’s on-call alerting program, ensuring campaigns are performing as expected, and identifying and escalating anomalies in a timely manner.
Note: this will require the individual to be on-call outside of standard business hours, including nights and weekends.
Responsibilities:
Support all stages of email, in-app, and push campaigns, including strategy, creation, experimentation, execution and reporting.
Maintain the LCM team’s on-call alerting program, responding to program alerts in a timely manner, identifying and documenting all anomalies, and escalating issues to campaign owners and key stakeholders as required.
Monitor deliverability of ongoing email campaigns and experiments, actively measure and track campaign performance, and help troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
Partner with fellow Lifecycle Marketing Managers, as well as key cross-functional stakeholders across the business, including Data Science, Marketing Operations, Product, Engineering, etc., to develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns across global markets that engage millions of users
Qualifications:
3+ years of work experience, preferably in customer marketing roles
Demonstrated experience with sales / marketing automation tools, e.g. Iterable, Marketo, Braze, Salesforce, etc.
Familiarity with key lifecycle marketing metrics and tracking, including deliverability, open rate, click through rate, unsubscribes, spam, etc.
Excellent communication skills with ability to clearly articulate impact and work cross-functionally across multiple internal teams
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
PLUS: Experience at a tech/SaaS business, B2C & B2B
