Location: Cupertino, CA Schedule: Onsite 3 days Pay: Up to $59.10/hour DOE Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision and more
Planet Interactive is looking for a Localization Project Manager to join our well known Fortune 500 client on a 12-month contract. This role will work 40 hours per week and will require you to be onsite 3 days per week in their Cupertino office.
Localization Project Manager Responsibilities:
Produce localized content with limited supervision.
Oversee Localization projects from end to end.
Ensure that localization projects are on track, relevant to the audience, and represent client voice in the market place.
Work closely with vendors to outline expectations.
Manage the input of localized data into multiple internal and vendor systems without error.
Coordinate projects with vendors, localization team staff, the legal team and other departments across client localizing content.
Localization Project Manager Qualifications:
Linguistic skill in language other than English; excellent English communication skills.
BA in Linguistics / Translation, Graphic Design, Marketing or business-related field.
Project management experience; localization production preferred.
Experience in methods of Software QA and/or QA automation is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills.
Highly detail-oriented, and be able to judge and manage linguistic issues for 39 languages and all territories.
