The Marketing Project Manager is a subject matter expert in managing all Marketing Production projects. You thrive under pressure and excel at managing numerous projects with various owners and stakeholders across the Marketing team and potentially beyond. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s alignment and task timelines. You are a free thinker who uses discernment to make decisions with authority, have a strong work ethic, and are fearless in your approach. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks with diverse team members and a team player with a problem-solving, solution-driven approach.
Marketing Project Manager Responsibilities
Lead the project lifecycle of multiple projects simultaneously from kick-off to post-mortem.
coordinating cross-functional team members to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
monitor project progress, help solution roadblocks and timely resolutions
escalate issues to manager when required
maintaining project workflows within Workfront, Act as the key contact for internal stakeholders, and a conduit between stakeholders and agencies.
lead and summarize meetings, maintain project documentation and workflows within Workfront. Conduct research and planning activities with all departments to build project plans and strategies, including audits, evaluations, and documentation of requirements and resources.
build and maintain project plans at the company level for Marketing lead corporate initiatives
measure track and report on project performance
Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of project management strategies, processes, technology, and best practices used by the PMO
managing the implementation, onboarding, and training
Required Experience
Diploma, degree or relevant certifications
3+ years of experience in similar role managing Marketing Initiatives and campaign
Experience or working in a creative studio or production a plus
Experience as a Project Manager within a large dynamic and fast-moving Marketing organization managing projects across teams, segments
Proficiency in Adobe Workfront
