Product Manager (Conversational AI)
Pay Rate: Up to $84/hr depending on location and experience Location: 100% Remote Duration: ~ 9 Months
Our well-known Technology client is seeking an experienced Product Manager (Conversational AI & NLP) to support their Global People Operations Team. This role will be 40 hours a week, and for roughly 9 months.
The Product Manager for this role must have experience within Conversational AI and prior experience with end-to-end delivery of an AI solution.
Product Manager Responsibilities:
Develop and translate high-level business requirements for Conversational AI product lifecycles for the HR group.
Research and share industry best practices and cutting edge approaches to elevating conversational AI beyond traditional “HR” practices.
Use NLP techniques to transform natural language data that feeds classification algorithms.
Contribute to requirements gathering, user stories, estimates, and product roadmapping.
Collaborate with engineers and applied research scientists to deliver efficient algorithms and robust systems that scale to support global employees.
Understand how data from API calls, databases, and other technologies fit into design, and collaborate with developers on implementing solutions.
Develop the technical direction for conversational assistants for the HR group.
Create and refine thorough, accurate flow diagrams and other related documentation to communicate the behavior of a complete conversational system.
On an as needed basis, design and lead different types of testing (A/B, focus groups, usability testing, QA), synthesize results, and iterate based on results to ensure customer-centric and highly usable products.
Contribute to the development of proof of concepts and/or pilots while working with XFN partners.
Product Manager Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience solving problems with Conversational AI in an academic or professional setting.
5+ years' experience working in product management.
Bachelor's degree.
A product portfolio that has driven results within the Conversational AI space.
An ability to create and evolve concepts in a collaborative environment through team and stakeholder reviews.
A knowledge of design principles, standards and UX best practices.
Product Manager Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Engineering, Informatics, or equivalent experience
Experience delivering detailed copy decks, including edge cases, versioning and metadata.
