Senior Brand Operations Manager

Our well-know Technology client is looking for a Brand Operations Manager to join the Company Marketing team, responsible for helping all employees and third-party partners use the company brand. The ideal candidate has a strong background in brand management, operations and/or brand governance. They are a doer with the ability to facilitate discussions, up-level cross organization communication and establish clear processes to ensure consistent, high quality brand thinking and execution. They have a strong desire to build and implement systems that enable big ideas to scale. This role is about elevating the discipline of branding internally, ensuring that marketers and agencies are all building for people and brand first.

To be successful, you need to move fast, iterate and always add value. The successful candidate will need to be tenacious and open, creative and analytical. They will need to be able to multitask, outline a clear process, identify issues, make recommendations and help ensure overall operations are running smoothly within the Brand Operations organization - all while maintaining an extraordinary attention to detail.

Pay Rate: Up to $85/hr depending on experience and location
Location: 100% Remote

Brand Operations Responsibilities:
  • Support the centralized brand review process used for company-wide governance
  • Support requests on high priority branding needs to help teams identify brand opportunities and risks
  • Manage brand strategy-related communications and stakeholder engagement
  • Facilitate ongoing connections with brand leaders across the company
  • Develop scalable systems to ensure consistent application of strategy across company brand
  • Oversee and improve tools and training to up-level branding efforts across the organization
  • Leverage brand review data to act on trends, provide detailed recommendations to the broader brand team and develop the creation of scaled guidance to help streamline brand-related questions
  • Drive ongoing coordination with the Brands and Marketing Legal team

Brand Operations Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in brand operations and/or management
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Experience collaborating and building strong relationships in dynamic and matrixed organizations
  • Analytical/data-driven experience
  • Thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environment
