Senior Project Manager (Enterprise)
 
Location: Hybrid in Columbus, OH
Duration: 14 months
Pay:  up to $85.55/hour, DOE
 
Our client, an established and well-loved Retailer, is looking for a Senior Project Manager on a ~14 month contract. This role will be 40 hours a week and will be hybrid in Columbus, OH for 3 days a week.
 
The Senior Project Manager will be working on large company initiatives that impact both internal and external audiences.
 
Senior Project Manager Responsibilities: 
  • Oversee 3 different projects at the same time.
  • Complete strategic plans and manage to those plans with a high level of efficiency.
  • Handle the scoping, managing of timelines/ deadlines, and hold the internal and external partners accountable to meet deadlines.
  • Create budget reports and manage the burn, month to month planning, and tracking.
  • Develop executive presentations and present these to stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Work cross-functionally to gather information that makes the plans more informed.
  • Report on statuses, key constraints, risks, and the impact/ plan to mitigate the risk.
  • Oversee enterprise wide programs that meet the brand goals and the implementation throughout the organization.
  • Manage the delivery of the programs and change communications associated.
  • Handle some BA responsibilities as it pertains to tracking requirements and scope management.
  • Establish a collaborative partnership with vendors, stakeholders, delivery teams, senior team members, and more.
  • Create use manuals/ standard operating procedures as needed throughout the process.
Senior Project Manager Qualifications:
  • 8+ years experience is required.
  • Experience working in an Enterprise setting through large scale and complex programs.
  • Ideally has retail experience or a similar field.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks by importance, due date, and interdependence with other tasks.
