Job Description
Planet Interactive is seeking a remote Senior Specialist, Lifecycle Marketing to join one of our medical device clients.
As the Senior Specialist, Lifecycle Marketing, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer engagement by leading the strategic development and execution of advanced, multi-channel customer journeys. Leveraging analytics, segmentation, and automation, you’ll drive meaningful interactions across various lifecycle stages, fostering conversion and retention for global B2C and B2B audiences. This role also entails mentorship and collaboration with junior team members to align on best practices and innovation.
Pay: $65-$75/hr+ depending on experience
Location: Fully remote (qualified candidates must be US Citizens working within the United States)
Design and optimize complex, multi-channel lifecycle strategies to drive engagement, conversion, and retention.
Develop advanced segmentation and targeting methodologies based on customer behaviors, demographics, and engagement history.
Lead the deployment of automated, data-informed campaigns across channels including email, SMS, WhatsApp, and web, optimizing for maximum impact.
Act as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders, translating high-level business goals into actionable lifecycle marketing strategies.
Partner with data and analytics teams to monitor lifecycle program performance, iterating strategies based on insights and trends.
Oversee A/B testing, multivariate testing, and reporting to enhance program effectiveness and generate actionable insights.
Mentor junior lifecycle marketing team members, sharing best practices and supporting skill development.
Collaborate closely with technical teams to define requirements for complex journeys, audience lists, and personalized scripting, ensuring seamless execution.
Regularly report campaign performance to senior stakeholders, contributing to strategy reviews and quarterly business reviews.
5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or a related field with exposure to B2C and B2B audiences.
Proficiency in advanced segmentation and personalization techniques and tools.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo) and CRM systems.
Demonstrated success in creating and optimizing multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and web.
Strong analytical skills, with a history of transforming data insights into strategic marketing actions.
Experience mentoring junior marketers or collaborating on a senior team, with a focus on knowledge-sharing and best practices.
Advanced knowledge of A/B testing, multivariate testing, and performance reporting.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder presentations and cross-functional collaboration.
