Our Financial Services client has a HOT need for a Web Content Specialist with 5+ years experience in website and page design and creation, content management, and user experience best practices with a focus on creating campaigns to join them on a 6-month contract starting in November.

Web Content Specialist Responsibilities
  • Managing digital web content and campaigns and improving digital experiences/engagements for clients and prospects across all Institutional websites.
  • Preparing content for digital delivery – liaise with stakeholders to understand what content is to be published or optimized for digital delivery on Institutional websites.
  • Designing and managing campaign pages with the client in mind – create scalable and meaningful pages that generate engagements with conversion opportunities to support inbound-marketing campaigns and lead generation.
  • Executing content – work with business unit (BU) and core teams to manage content transfer, facilitate the review process, learn and adapt brand standards using newest components, and publish landing pages in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) while adhering to SEO guidelines, web and UX best practices, and accessibility review and processes.
  • Post-publish of content – generating, communicating, and presenting informed decisions based on analytics to improve web experiences, traffic, and user experience. Delivering metrics to measure the success factors and impacts, and record and share ongoing findings.
  • Partnering with the Web Content Team (WCT) – Consult COEs of authoring to ensure effective process for technical requirements and addressing continuity across sites and partners to ensure process are clear, efficient and streamlined for Americas segment marketing managers.
  • Facilitating ideation sessions and collaborating with design and development colleagues to add and improve capabilities and components across our platforms.
  • Supporting lead lifecycle strategy and tactics that generate conversions, engagements, and client retention across websites.
  • Conducting content audits of existing and competitive brands to support the growth of our business unit and segments.
  • Supporting content development, collection, and editing in alignment with marketing team members, while discussing and executing optimization ideas and best practices by being an assertive voice and a strategic thinker that creates reusable content across regions and BUs.
  • Work with GDS to identify and prioritize enhancements for our business unit and its segments – this includes and is not limited to reporting on bugs, identifying gaps and improvements in componentry, and providing use cases for new capabilities.
  • Ideate with marketers to create personalized experiences that generate engagements and personalization.
  • Leveraging global and local best practices, while partnering globally with relevant stakeholders to grow capabilities in the Americas region.
  • Partner with web specialists, managers, and leaders in other BUs to align on testing, measurement, and improvements to optimize experiences and marketing results.
  • Suggesting design enhancements to feed marketing campaigns with interactive tools for personalization and nurture paths–create unique user experiences based on where a site visitor is in the marketing funnel.
  • Providing knowledge sharing and training to local marketers, COEs, product owners, designers, and analysts where applicable
    The role shall interact with multiple stakeholders across the globe including Marketing, Sales, Client Service, Operations, Digital, Content, and Compliance.

Web Content Specialist Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), SiteCore, and/or Drupal as a CMS and design system.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and ADA accessibility tools like AXE, Wave, Lighthouse, and even Dev tools along with knowledge of WAG 2.0.
  • Mix of technical, creative, and marketing skills.
  • Analytical ability with good understanding of SEO, web analytics, and web trends.
  • Must be comfortable presenting ideas to key stakeholders and advocating for the user, with confidence working in a client-facing environment.
  • Highly organized and proficient at working independently to manage requirements and deadlines.
  • An effective and collaborative approach to working with global partners and distributed teams.
  • Proven experience and effectiveness in stakeholder management.
  • Keen to identify and drive process improvement where and when necessary.
  • Ability to ideate and think strategically about content management, personalization, and nurture paths to enhance client experiences across website using Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and content and experience fragments.
  • Content strategy experience, including content auditing and analysis, information architecture, and SEO best practices and techniques.
  • Experience in financial services, preferably asset management.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
